We’re all going on a summer holiday
At CPS we believe in a good balance between work and play. We offer a fantastic holiday allowance, with a starting allocation of 25 days (which is in addition to bank holidays).
Additionally, we know sometimes you may need a few extra days of fun, so we offer the opportunity to purchase up to ten additional holiday days per year.

We know how important it is to fuel up for the day, so we make sure a range of healthy snacks are available to fill you up. Whether you have a passionate for porridge or a craving for cashews, we’ve got you covered.

We care about your future as much as your present so we match up to 4% of your monthly pension contributions.

It’s nice to be nice and here at CPS we put a big focus on giving back. We hold a variety of fundraising event throughout the year for our three chosen charities. There is always something to get involved in, such as cycling to Paris, scaling the Three Peaks or baking some delicious good to name a few.
