Today, CPS, the multi-award-winning, Gold Certified Microsoft Partner, is delighted to announce the appointment of Iain Smith, who joins the company as Professional Services Director. Smith joins CPS from Modality Systems where he led their Professional Services team.
Smith brings many accolades to CPS, including his globally recognised 6-year Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for Office, App and Services (Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams).
Specialising in Microsoft’s Unified Communications (UC) Platforms, Smith’s passion is to help customers see and realise the full potential of UC, especially enterprise voice technologies.
Smith’s leadership, drive and dedication is at the forefront of his delivery, developing Professional Services capabilities and a strong customer-first commercial focus – all whilst enabling a solid working environment where his consulting teams have the benefit of continuous learning and growth development.
