As organisations move to Office365 PM’s are typically still licenced for Microsoft Project (Project Online Plan 3) what is sometimes overlooked is that this also grants access to these cloud based Project Solutions. Taking full advantage of these solutions may just be a configuration exercise and the benefits can be huge.
In this video I’m showing the very basics of what needs to be done to get Project Online up and running and how to build a Portfolio Dashboard. I simplify what can be quite a complex undertaking (completed by seasoned professionals) into a simple set of steps that you can follow along.
