Here the delegates will learn to use the features that assist with running projects,such as task updates, resource allocation reporting and timesheets. Designed for those people who will be maintaining the system on a day to day basis,the administration course explores the fundamental functionality for daily maintenance including the Project Cache, managing the Queue, Calendars, the Resource Pool and Importing plans. This course compliments the Project Server configuration course giving organisations the opportunity to split Project Server responsibility and allow team members to support each other.

This course is aimed at the Project Support Office and those who will administer the Project Server environment. On completion, the delegate will be able to maintain the system fully, troubleshoot for the Project Office and modify the system to conform to company demands and development. The course content includes aspects of reporting through Excel Services and the confi guration of the permission model to allow users to access the areas required.
