Corporate Project Solutions (CPS) provides services that help organisations improve their level of project management maturity. These services range from the provision of Project Support Office (PSO) staff through to application and process training and the implementation of the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Solution.
CPS can assist in the definition of robust, workable project and programme management processes, and the role of the PSO within an organisation. The CPS approach is to map existing project management processes, review what is appropriate based on a clients requirements, capabilities, and organisation wide project management maturity, and then design, apply and support the relevant processes and standards from for example, the PRINCE2 methodology.
CPS can support the training of PSO staff in best practice techniques, processes and the functionality of the Microsoft EPM Solution. In addition, CPS supports organisation with the change management tasks around the initiation of the project management process and can provide short term expertise to run the PSO until internal staff are trained or recruited.
To help support project management processes, CPS has developed P4P. This tool, based on industry standards, seamlessly integrates with the Microsoft EPM Solution to provide structured documents and workflow capabilities.
