Corporate Project Solutions (CPS), one of the UK’s leading project implementation specialists, has been appointed by A&N Media IT to implement Microsoft Enterprise Project Management 2007 to help streamline the business and its project management processes.

Using Microsoft Enterprise Project Management, CPS created a clear and efficient EPM process based on A&N Media IT’s project lifecycle, to allow all Project Managers and Resource Managers to work with shared visibility to forecast resource availability and track project progress. It has also introduced a greater commonality of how the business manages key phases of activity and will increase agility and responsiveness to ongoing market conditions. The solution has provided a familiar, connected work management platform that can provide status updates to project stakeholders with minimal effort and administrative overhead.
