The Live Group plc, one of the UK’s leading event management companies has selected the Microsoft EPM solution to automate its event planning and management processes. Following the selection of the toolset, The Live Group undertook a supplier assessment and subsequent tender to select the consultancy that would most effectively implement the solution.
Toby Lewis, Live Group Managing Director commented;
“We looked at a number of suppliers in the market, but felt that CPS were the only one that truly understood the nature of our business and had the depth of experience to work with us on this project. We view this as a critical business system that will streamline our processes, increase productivity and provide our customers with a better quality of service”
The Live Group will run all events, both large and small, on the solution to provide better control and increased resource utilisation. A key aim of the project is to provide customers with an online portal so that they can view the exact status of their event, along with all the accompanying documents and information.
